Conservation Science Manager at Historic Royal Palaces

Constantina Vlachou-Mogire, PhD, ACR, FIIC has extensive work experience in the field of arts, humanities, and conservation science. Since 2022, they have been serving as a Member of the AHRC Peer Review College at the Arts and Humanities Research Council. Prior to this, they held roles at Historic Royal Palaces, including Conservation Science Manager and Senior Conservation Scientist, starting in 2008. In 2012, they became a Trustee at the National Heritage Science Forum. Throughout their career, Constantina has been involved in research and management in the field of heritage conservation.

Constantina Vlachou-Mogire, PhD, ACR, FIIC, obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Archaeological Sciences from the University of Bradford. Additionally, they hold a Fellowship from the International Institute for Conservation of Historic and Artistic Works (THE) obtained in August 2022.
