Simone da Luz Taylor has a diverse work experience in various fields. Simone started working as an Advertising Copywriter at Osvaldo Travassos Publicidade in 1986. Later, they worked as an English Second Language Instructor at Asset Idiomas from 1992 to 1993 and as an English Second Language Instructor and Language Consultant at Wizard Idiomas from 1993 to 1995.

In 1995, Simone began their career as a Freelance Translator, specializing in Brazilian Portuguese and English. Their tasks included subtitling, dubbing adaptation, comics, QC, song adaptation, transcreation, SDH, and PLDL.
