Josh Shear

Josh Shear has a diverse work experience that spans several roles and industries. Josh is currently a Project Manager at History Associates Incorporated, where they started in 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Regulatory Analyst at AlterEcho from 2016 to 2022, providing regulatory support for clients in various areas. Josh was also a Project Manager at TechLaw Consultants, Inc. during the same period, where they oversaw contaminated site projects and supported commercial consulting projects. In 2015, they served as a Legislative Aide at Maryland General Assembly and as an Intern at Congressman Dutch Ruppersberger's office. In 2014, they worked as a Campaign Staffer for Eric Ebersole, organizing voter outreach programs and providing support for campaign events.

Josh Shear has a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government, which they obtained from the University of Maryland Baltimore County between 2013 and 2015. Prior to that, they attended Wagner College in 2012 and 2013, where they studied Political Science and Government. Josh Shear also completed their high school education at George Washington Carver Center for Arts & Technology from 2007 to 2011, majoring in Photography. In addition to their educational background, they hold certifications in Preventative Controls Qualified Individual and Foreign Supplier Verification Programs, both obtained from the Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance (FSPCA) in September 2017 and July 2017, respectively.
