Alan Maites

Alan Maites is currently the Chief Solutions Officer at Theirtory Factory. Prior to this, they were the President & CEO of Radiant 1 from August 2013 to December 2017. Alan has also been the President of Robinson & Maites, Inc. from May 1991 to August 2013.

Throughout their career, Alan has focused on helping clients improve their customer’s journey – from acquisition to advocacy – and also the way they approach change management within their marketing organization. Alan provides best in class processes and tools to make a measurable difference for each client. Alan’s experience and dedication has helped him become a well-respected leader in the industry.

Alan Maites has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Stony Brook University.

They are on a team with Jill Neidorf - Senior Account Director, Michelle Ganz - Staff Archivist, and Sara Eagin - Senior Curator. Alan Maites reports to Bruce Weindruch, Founder & CEO.
