Justin Grumbir

Justin Grumbir has a strong background in research and development in the medical device industry. Justin most recently worked as a Principal R&D Engineer at HistoSonics, Inc., where they led the development of a robotically assisted sonic therapy system. Prior to that, they held roles at Medtronic, where they served as an R&D Program Manager and a Senior R&D Engineer. At Medtronic, they managed projects related to software platforms and new product development. Justin also worked as a Research & Development Engineer at Covidien, where they led full product development cycles and supported sustaining engineering projects. Justin began their career as a Research & Development Intern at ev3. Justin is experienced in project management, cross-functional collaboration, and design verification and validation.

Justin Grumbir attended Western Michigan University from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology. In 2018, they also obtained a certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI Minnesota.
