Noel Thompson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and responsibilities in the technology and sales enablement domain. Noel began their career as a Project Manager at InterDyn LANAC Technology, where they successfully managed projects and ensured customer satisfaction. Noel then moved on to Hub International, where they served as a Contracted Project Manager, implementing a new Sales Enablement platform using Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Afterwards, they joined Customer Effective as a Solutions Consultant, where they implemented Microsoft Dynamics CRM for various businesses and provided support throughout the project lifecycle. At Hub International, Noel served as the Sales Enablement Product Manager and later as the Director of Sales Enablement, leading the growth and implementation of the Sales Enablement platform across the organization. Noel successfully deployed dynamics CRM and other technologies, such as Click Dimensions e-marketing, D&B360, InGenius Dialer solution, and InsideView. Currently, Noel is working at Hitachi Solutions America, where they started as a Solution Architect and progressed to Team Lead & Sr. Architect, Director of CE Delivery - US West, and currently holds the role of Sr. Director, Project Services.
Noel Thompson attended Illinois State University from 1999 to 2003, where they obtained a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus on Business Information Systems. Additionally, in May 2023, Thompson obtained a certification as a FastTrack Recognized Solution Architect - Customer Engagement from Microsoft.
