Mami Kobayashi

Mami Kobayashi has over 20 years of work experience, primarily in management roles in the IT sector. Mami started their career at Arthur Andersen & Co. as a Senior Consultant in 2001 and worked there until 2002. Mami then joined BearingPoint as a Manager from 2002 to 2004. Mami later moved to Hitachi Consulting, where they worked as a Manager from 2004 to 2008. Mami then joined Hitachi Construction Machinery and served as a Manager from 2008 to 2017. Currently, Mami is working at Hitachi Construction Machinery Americas Inc. as the Senior Director of Sales Administration & IT since September 2021. Prior to this role, they were the Director of IT, Project Development at the same company from 2017 to August 2021.

Mami Kobayashi has earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the School of Business Administration at Gonzaga University. Additionally, they have obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree from Waseda University.
