David Harris

David (Dai) Harris has a diverse work experience starting with their role as Senior Operations Engineer at the UK Ministry of Defence from May 2015 to May 2017. David (Dai) then served as Head Engineer (Power Pack Overhaul) at the same organization from May 2017 to January 2018. Following this, David joined Hitachi Rail as Senior Capability Manager - Service & Maintenance from January 2018 to January 2019. David (Dai) then took on the role of Group Head of Business Improvement at Hitachi Rail from February 2019 to July 2021. David's next position was Head of OS&M Operations Office at Hitachi Rail from July 2021 to April 2022. David (Dai) is currently serving as Head of PMO (Vehicles Business) at Hitachi Rail since April 2022. Additionally, in early 2015, David completed the Strategic Management & Leadership Course at the Defence Academy of the United Kingdom.

David (Dai) Harris completed their MSc in Systems Engineering at Cranfield University from 2016 to 2017. Subsequently, in 2017, they obtained a LEAN Six Sigma Black Belt certification in Continious Improvement from the University of Bedfordshire.
