Jose Ramon Gonzalez has extensive work experience in manufacturing operations and management. Jose Ramon has worked as a Manufacturing Operations Leader at Andersen Corporation, where they were responsible for developing strategies for a new manufacturing facility and ensuring efficient workflows. Prior to that, they worked at Hitchiner Manufacturing as the Director of New Product Development, overseeing product development initiatives and creating functional strategies. Jose Ramon also served as the Plant Manager at Hitchiner Manufacturing, where they led plant operations and coached employees to meet performance targets. Before Hitchiner, they worked at Federal Mogul as a Plant Manager and Engineering Manager, focusing on improving manufacturing efficiencies and implementing lean strategies. Jose Ramon briefly worked as the Windscreen Engineering Manager at Saint-Gobain and as the Chassis & CN Engineering Lead at Volvo Bus Corporation, leading diverse development projects and implementing lean manufacturing methods.

Jose Ramon Gonzalez - GMBA has a diverse education history. Jose Ramon began their studies in 1999 at UNAM, where they pursued a degree in Mechanical Engineering. After completing this degree in 2001, they went on to attend UNITEC, where they studied to become an Electronic Engineer and specialized in Finance.
