Garret Ho

Garret Ho is a seasoned technical manager with extensive experience in uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems across various industries. Currently serving as the Technical Manager for HITEC Power Protection since 2012, Garret oversees customers in the Asia Pacific region, specializing in rotary UPS systems ranging from 300 KVA to medium voltage power solutions for large data centers, commercial buildings, and military applications. Prior to this, Garret held roles at Gutor Electronic Asia Pacific Sdn Bhd from 2008 to 2012 as a Technical Training Instructor, Technical Advisor, and Field Service Engineer, providing expertise in custom-made UPS systems for heavy industrial and nuclear applications. Between 1999 and 2008, Garret worked as a Senior Service Engineer at APC by Schneider, focusing on UPS systems for commercial and industrial markets in Malaysia. Garret holds an Honours Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Hertfordshire.
