DARLYS MALDONADO

DARLYS MALDONADO has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Starting in 2001, they worked as a Programming Professor at IUT Region Capital Caracas for two years. From 2005 to 2007, DARLYS served as a Team Leader and Technical Referral at TCS, where they were responsible for facilitating meetings, providing technical support, and implementing architectures for web applications. They then worked as a Technical Lead and Java Expert at SQLI from 2008 to 2011, where they were involved in choosing technologies, defining coding frameworks, and providing technical training. From 2011 to 2017, DARLYS held the position of Scrum Master and Java Technical Expert at Amadeus, where they were responsible for sizing estimation, scrum activities, feasibility studies, and code development. In 2017, they became the Chief Technical Officer at Active Asset Allocation, where they estimated the impacts of technologies and determined the company's technology direction. DARLYS joined Symphony.com in 2017 and held various roles, including Platform Integration Tech Lead, Software Engineering Manager, and Director of Engineering. Currently, DARLYS holds the position of Head of Engineering at Hive, starting in 2023.

Darlys Maldonado obtained a Master's degree in Project Management from Université Côte d'Azur in 2013-2014. Prior to that, in 2007-2008, they earned an IT License in Intranet Internet Application Development from IUT de Rodez-France. In 2004-2005, they completed a certification in E-business Development with Java Technologies from IBM. DARLYS'seducation history began in 1998-2001, when they received a DUT degree in Informatique from IUT de Caracas-Venezuela. Additionally, in 2005, Darlys obtained a certification in e-business application development from IBM.
