Senior Customer Success Manager at Hive Learning

Alyssa Willett has been in the workforce since 2019. Alyssa began their career at Scout & Tag as an Operations Manager, where they were responsible for leading retail and operational processes to deliver sales and profits while protecting assets. In 2021, they joined Precision Health Solutions as a Major Accounts Project Manager and Customer Service Specialist. In their role as Major Accounts Project Manager, they served as the lead liaison between PHS and their biggest accounts and provided key information like forecasting and tracking account metrics. As a Customer Service Specialist, they responded to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner via Phone and Email. Currently, Alyssa is a Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Coordinator at Hive Learning. As a Customer Success Manager, their responsibility is to ensure clients are seeing value in the Hive Learning product. As a Customer Success Coordinator, they work across Customer Success Pods with a variety of different enterprise businesses working specifically on their Diversity and Inclusion missions.

Alyssa Willett attended Southeastern University from 2017 to 2019, where they earned an Associate of Arts degree in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia. Alyssa then continued their studies at Valencia College, where they are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business Administration and Organizational Leadership, which they are expected to complete in 2022.
