Debbie Hlavach

Debbie Hlavach is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client success management, currently serving as a Senior Client Success Manager at Stride, Inc. since January 2016. In this role, Debbie manages a premier strategic partner account valued at $5M, oversees international projects across multiple countries, and acts as a trusted advisor to clients by fostering strong relationships and identifying growth opportunities. Prior to Stride, Debbie held positions at K12 where responsibilities included managing enrollment processes, supervising teams, and enhancing customer experiences. Debbie holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Iona University, along with a high school education from Singapore American School.
