Jessica Arneson has a diverse work experience spanning from 2008 to 2022. From 2008 to 2014, they worked as an Assistant Manager at Bath & Body Works, where they were responsible for achieving sales goals, coaching and educating staff, scheduling, rapid business decision-making, and project planning and execution. Jessica also participated in several ‘test’ initiatives including product, marketing, and reporting, as well as being directly responsible for CSR and Customer Service Reporting. From 2014 to 2017, they worked as an IT Specialist at A&R Center, where they managed subscription renewals and was responsible for all technology in the office including desktops, laptops, tablets, VOIP, and cellphones, utilizing their knowledge and skills to troubleshoot and maintain devices. From 2017 to 2022, they worked as a Customer Success Manager at Hive Learning, where they were responsible for planning and executing program launches with demos, webinars, and train the trainer sessions. Jessica also managed the maintenance of the program and customer relationship by meeting and communicating with the customer project team to discuss updates and provide data driven engagement strategies to best maximize customer value.

Jessica Arneson is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology Management from Western Governors University, which they began in 2018 and is expected to complete in 2022. Additionally, Arneson has obtained certifications from a variety of institutions, including MindEdge Learning, Pluralsight, LinkedIn, Skillsoft, Cisco, CompTIA, and AXELOS Global Best Practice. These certifications cover topics such as customer service, fostering a diverse and inclusive culture, mindfulness, design, rapport building, organizational change management, onboarding and adoption, value realization, Salesforce, empathy, interpersonal communication, managing virtual teams, rules of work, understanding of Cisco network devices, ITIL, CompTIA A+, CCNA, and CompTIA IT Operations Specialist.
