Zoe Allerding has a long and varied career in the fields of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and human capital. Zoe began their career in 2003 as a Manager at Avenue Stores, LLC, where they were responsible for all store operations and sales. In 2006, they moved to HQ Global Workplaces as an Operations Manager, where they determined the needs of clients and developed solutions to help their business operations. From 2008 to 2014, Zoe was the Health Center Manager at Planned Parenthood of Greater Ohio, where they implemented the transition from paper charting to Electronic Health Records for the entire affiliate. During this same time period, they also held the position of Clinic Coordinator at The Ohio State University, where they improved the methodology for assigning physician rooms to increase patient satisfaction and optimize workflow. In 2014, Zoe began their role as System Manager of Diversity and Inclusion at OhioHealth, where they advanced diversity and inclusion by contextualizing D&I strategy, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, raising awareness, and securing commitment across the system to support D&I work. From 2018 to 2020, Zoe was a Senior Manager of Diversity & Inclusion at L Brands, where they developed and executed D&I strategies that reflected talent and business priorities for the global enterprise, and shaped internal and external responses to current events. Zoe is currently the Head of Programs and DEI Practice Lead & Program Director at Hive Learning, where they are responsible for scoping, leading, and managing large-scale complex projects related to talent development and human capital at global organizations.

Zoe Allerding obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Womens, Gender, and Sexuality Studies from The Ohio State University College of Arts and Sciences between 2001 and 2006. In 2019, they earned an Entrepreneurial Essentials Certificate from Harvard Business School Online in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies. In July 2020, they obtained a Qualified Administrator certification from IDI, LLC.
