Anna Guzdek

Anna Guzdek has a diverse work experience with expertise in product ownership, business analysis, sales and marketing management, and project management.

Currently, they are working as a Product Owner at Hive Streaming since April 2020. Prior to this, they worked at EPAM Systems as a Senior Business Analyst from June 2019 to February 2020.

Anna also has experience as a Product Owner at Wolters Kluwer Polska from March 2018 to June 2019 and as a Sales and Marketing Manager at Renmar Ltd from June 2016 to February 2018.

Before that, they worked at ING Bank Slaski from June 2013 to June 2016, where they held the positions of Product Manager and Junior Business Manager.

Anna started their professional career as an Intern at Educomp Solutions Ltd from July 2009 to October 2009.

In addition, they have held leadership roles in AIESEC in Mauritius as the President of HR and Talent Management from June 2011 to March 2012 and in AIESEC Katowice, AE as the President of HR, Talent Management, and International Internships from 2010 to June 2011.

Anna Guzdek completed their education with a Master's degree in Finance and Accounting - Financial Analysis from Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Katowicach. Anna pursued this degree from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, from 2012 to 2013, they studied Economic analytics at the same university. Anna also holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics - International Trade, which they obtained from Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Katowicach from 2008 to 2012.

Aside from their formal education, Anna has also obtained additional certifications. Anna received the certification for Professional Scrum with User Experience from Scrum.org in May 2021. In September 2019, they obtained the Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO I) certification, also from Scrum.org.
