Serhat Hocazade

Serhat Hocazade has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Serhat is currently serving as the Head of Marketing at Hive, a fulfillment platform for D2C E-Commerce brands. Prior to this, Serhat was the Marketing Director at Massive Bio, an AI-driven platform that connects cancer patients with clinical trials, where they managed sales and marketing teams and set KPIs. Before that, they worked as the Marketing Director at Botgate AI, a conversational marketing platform powered by AI, where they led marketing and sales efforts in EMEA and achieved significant increases in organic traffic and SQL. Serhat also gained experience as a Senior Revenue Analyst at LinkedIn, where they developed lead frameworks and improved CRM practices. In addition, they worked as an Account Manager at Meta, where they cross-sold and increased account sizes, and helped launch Facebook Marketplace in North America. Serhat also has experience as a Senior Product Marketing Manager at Amazon, where they collaborated with top sellers and developed SQL query frameworks. Serhat started their career as a Senior Account Director at The Coca-Cola Company, managing mid-market accounts and working on ESG projects. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Account Executive at Royal Halı, managing mid-market accounts and reducing retail account's time to market.

Serhat Hocazade holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Business Administration and Management from Trinity College Dublin. Serhat also pursued studies in Data Analytics and Statistics at University College Dublin, although the degree obtained in that field is not specified. Serhat obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Philosophy from both the University of Cologne and Ege University. Furthermore, they have an additional certification in "Working with Real-Time Data in Excel" from LinkedIn, which was obtained in April 2019.
