Evann Welty

Evann Welty has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Most recently, starting in February 2023, they worked as an HR Generalist and Recruiter at Hivebrite, a B2B SaaS start-up. Prior to that, from October 2021 to January 2023, they held the position of People Operations/Recruiter + DEI Lead at andros, another B2B SaaS start-up. In 2021, they gained valuable experience as a Recruiting, DEI, and L&D Intern at Xactly Corp, a B2B SaaS Vista Equity Company, from May to October, and as a Diversity and Inclusion Intern at Bentley University, Office of Diversity and Inclusion, from January to May. In 2020, they had internships in different roles at Bentley University Office of Sustainability and Xactly Corp. They served as an Intern, Social Justice Coordinator from August 2020 to May 2021 at Bentley University Office of Sustainability and as an Intern, Marketing Operations (and HR informally) from May to August at Xactly Corp. Their earliest work experience was as an Intern, Events Coordinator from August 2019 to May 2020 at Bentley University Office of Sustainability.

Evann Welty attended Mound Westonka High School from 2014 to 2017. After completing high school, they went on to study at Bentley University from 2017 to 2021. During their time at Bentley University, Evann obtained a Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in Marketing with a focus on LSM Diversity in Society.
