Sandor Pal

Sandor Pal has a diverse work experience across various companies. Sandor started their career at Castrol as a Finance Analyst from July 2010 to November 2011. Sandor then joined Morgan Stanley in November 2011 as a Finance Controller - Associate and served as the Teamlead of the International Administration Controllers. At Morgan Stanley, they were responsible for coordinating and managing the International Administration Controller Team, improving reporting efficiency, preparing month-end accruals and journals, conducting balance reconciliations, and preparing monthly and quarterly management reports. Sandor also actively participated as a fire marshall and committee member. Sandor worked at Morgan Stanley until September 2014.

Following their time at Morgan Stanley, Sandor Pal joined AIG in September 2014 and held multiple roles during their tenure. Sandor initially worked as a Reporting Specialist from September 2014 to June 2015. Subsequently, they were promoted to the position of Senior Reporting Specialist and Local Regulatory Reporting Lead from June 2015 to October 2016. In this role, they focused on EMEA regional reporting and was responsible for ensuring compliance with US GAAP. Lastly, from October 2016 to January 2018, Sandor served as the EMEA Regional Reporting Specialist, with a focus on US GAAP reporting.

In 2018, Sandor joined BP as a Senior Performance Analyst from March 2018 to December 2018. Sandor then moved on to work at JULIAN AND CO MANAGING PARTNERS LTD as a Finance Manager from January 2019 to August 2020.

Currently, Sandor Pal is employed at Hiventures as a Senior Investment Manager, a position they have held since June 2022. Prior to this, they served as an Investment Manager (SEED) from August 2020 to June 2022.

Sandor Pal completed their Bachelor's Degree in Business Economics and Management with a specialisation in Statistical Analysis from Budapest Business School between 2006 and 2010. Sandor then pursued a Master's Degree in Accounting with a specialisation in Audit and Controlling from the same institution, which they obtained between 2010 and 2013. In 2014, Sandor Pal attended MKVKOK, where they obtained a Chartered Accountant degree in the field of Business.
