Pauline bon

Pauline Bon is a skilled Project Officer currently working with Hivos since October 2023, following a role with PUM Netherlands Senior Experts where responsibilities included managing projects in Algeria, Benin, and Pakistan. Previous experience includes serving as Coordination and Advocacy Officer at Stichting URGENT, where Pauline focused on supporting human rights defenders, and Programme Officer for the Shelter City Amsterdam initiative with Critical Diversity and Development Explorations, contributing to research and co-authorship of an academic article. Additional contributions were made at Justice and Peace Netherlands, developing training programs for refugee sponsors, and conducting fieldwork research at the Netherlands Institute in Athens and Centre for Refugee Studies at York University, centered on migration and solidarity initiatives. Pauline Bon holds a Research Master's degree in International Development Studies from the University of Amsterdam and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from Université de Montréal.
