Brenda Phillips

Brenda Phillips, PMP, is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in leadership and technical roles within the military and private sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Reliability & Performance Technologies since July 2020, Brenda previously held positions including Technical Support Management Administrator at SAIC for a brief tenure in 2020 and concluded a 30-year career with the US Navy as a Master Chief. Brenda's military roles encompassed various leadership positions such as Production Project Manager, Superintendent of Tests and Trials, and Ship Superintendent. Brenda holds a Master of Science in Management with a focus on Leadership and Project Management from Walden University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Supervision and Management from Florida State University.
