Mehrdad Behnam Nia has extensive experience in customer and technical support roles. Mehrdad started their career with Pars Pardaz Aseman as a Senior Network Technician from June 2016 to December 2016. Later, they joined HiWEB where they held various positions, starting as a Technical Support Expert from January 2016 to January 2017, then they became a Technical Support Team Leader from January 2017 to February 2019. After that, they were promoted to the role of Technical Support Supervisor from February 2019 to March 2020. Currently, Mehrdad is working at HiWEB as the Head of Customer Support, a position they assumed in March 2020. In this role, they focus on setting customer support standards, shaping business propositions, and driving overall departmental performance. Mehrdad also prioritizes people management, performance management, and talent agendas to deliver excellent customer support.
