Jordan Wong

Jordan Wong has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jordan currently works at Hiya Inc. as a Sr. Technical Recruiter & Team Lead. Prior to that, they held a Technical Recruiter role at the same company. Before joining Hiya Inc., Jordan worked at Mogul as the Head of Human Resources (Consultant) and later as a Talent Acquisition & Human Resource Manager. At Mogul, they managed a significant budget for HR, staffing, and operations and developed an HR compliance framework for the US entity. Jordan also worked at Zulily as a Talent Acquisition Partner, where they executed searches for various technical roles. Jordan started their career at Verticalmove, Inc. as an Associate Technical Recruiter and was quickly promoted. At Verticalmove, they specialized in digital, application, and executive recruitment. Jordan also gained experience as an Account Executive at Avvo and Sinclair Broadcast Group. Prior to their corporate roles, they worked as a Model for Abercrombie & Fitch Co., where they achieved high sales figures and customer satisfaction ratings. Jordan also worked as a Makeup Artist at Charlotte Tilbury Beauty and as a Sales Associate at Nordstrom. In their early career, Jordan worked at GameSamba as a Quality Assurance Tester and an Event/Social Marketing Specialist.

Jordan Wong attended Glacier High School and received a High School Diploma in General Studies. After high school, they pursued further education, first at Bellevue College from 2015 to 2018, where they studied Digital Marketing. Subsequently, in 2016 to 2017, Jordan attended Washington State University. In 2017, they also spent a period of time studying Economics as a minor at CEA CAPA Education Abroad. Lastly, in 2017 to 2018, they were enrolled at the University of Washington. Jordan has obtained various certifications in the field of Human Resource Management, including but not limited to a Certificate in Human Resource Management from MindEdge Learning and certifications in Social and New Media Recruiting, Technical Recruiting, and Diversity and Inclusion Recruiting from AIRS powered by ADP.
