Mariano González-Cayuela

Mariano González-Cayuela has a diverse work experience, with their most recent role being the Director of Business Development - Iberia and LatAm at Hiya Inc. In this position, they work on modernizing voice technology and connecting businesses with customers while ensuring their safety. Prior to this, Mariano held positions at Via as the Head of Partners Success for Southern Europe and as an Expansion and Partner Success Principal for the UK and Southern Europe. Mariano also served as a Strategic Advisor at The Planet App. Mariano's earlier experiences include working as a Consultant at Bain & Company, an MBA Summer Associate at Mastercard, and a Senior and Junior Consultant at Management Solutions.

Mariano González-Cayuela earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with Dean's Honors distinction from Columbia Business School in 2019. Prior to that, they completed a Dual Degree in Economics (BA) and Law (LLB) at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid from 2007 to 2013. In addition, they also studied at Università Bocconi in 2010-2011 and Ibmec in 2012-2013 as part of their Dual Degree program in Economics and Law.
