Kerwin Garcia

Kerwin Garcia has a diverse background in construction, electrical systems installation, and facility management. Since the 90s, Kerwin has been the owner of a successful business specializing in multi-unit residential and commercial renovations in Central and North Jersey. In previous roles, he served as Director of Maintenance for long-term care facilities, and as a Regional Director of Plant Operations in the healthcare and senior living industry.

Kerwin holds formal HVAC training from Camden County Community College and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Wilmington University.
