Shane Allgeier

Shane Allgeier has an extensive background in operations management, currently serving as Chief Operations Officer at HJI Supply Chain Solutions since December 2013, where responsibilities include promoting a productive work environment and overseeing all warehouse operations. Prior to this role, Shane held positions as Vice President of Operations and General Manager at HJI. Experience also includes a role as Materials, Planning, and Logistics Supervisor at Ford Motor Company, where responsibilities involved managing shipping and receiving operations. Additionally, Shane worked as Process Manager Level 2 at Zappos Family of Companies, overseeing departmental performance in a fulfillment center, and held various supervisory roles at UPS for nearly 13 years. Shane earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from the University of Louisville.
