Bill Haggart

Bill Haggart is a seasoned expert in building services and electrical engineering, currently serving as a Partner at HKA since January 2017, where Bill leads the FTS Buildings Division for the EMEA region and forensic technical services for the Middle East, in addition to acting as an expert witness. Prior to HKA, Bill held the position of Director at Ramboll from 2006 to 2016, leading the Glasgow Building Services team and participating in global operations and steering groups. Bill’s career also includes roles as Associate at Hulley & Kirkwood Ltd, Senior Electrical Engineer at Babtie Group, Electrical Design Engineer at FORBES LESLIE NETWORK LIMITED, and Graduate Engineer at Balfour Beatty Power Construction Ltd. Bill holds a BEng (Hons) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Strathclyde, obtained in 1988.
