Lara Flores

Lara Flores has extensive work experience in the legal field. Lara started their career in 1998 as a Paralegal at the City of Lynnwood Attorney's Office / Prosecutor's Office, where they worked until 2001. From 2002 to 2005, they worked as a Legal Assistant at Forsberg & Umlauf. In 2005, they joined Jackson Lewis P.C. as a Legal Assistant and Acting Office Administrator, a position they held until 2015. Since then, Lara has been the Firm Manager & Director of Human Resources at HKM Employment Attorneys LLP.

Lara Flores's education history includes a Bachelor's Degree in Law & Justice with a Pre-Law Emphasis from Central Washington University. Lara also obtained a Human Resources Management Certificate from Everett Community College. In 2016, Lara participated in various courses at the Emergency Management Institute, an organization associated with FEMA and the Department of Homeland Security.
