Elizabeth Hart

Elizabeth Hart, SHRM-SCP, has a diverse work experience in talent management and human resources. Elizabeth currently holds the position of Chief Talent Officer at Milbank LLP, where they have been working since 2020. Prior to this, they served as Deputy Chief Talent Officer and Global Director of Talent Management at the same company.

Before joining Milbank LLP, Elizabeth worked at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP, where they held the role of Director of Administration and Human Resources from July 2019 to August 2020. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Human Resources from March 2001 to June 2019.

Elizabeth also has experience in the non-profit sector, having worked as the VP of Membership at PACT Coalition from September 2013 to June 2016. Additionally, they served as the President of the Junior League of Pelham from 2012 to 2013.

Elizabeth Hart, SHRM-SCP, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Brown University, which they obtained from 1988 to 1991. Elizabeth furthered their education by pursuing a Master's degree in Cinema Studies at New York University from 1992 to 1995. In addition to their academic achievements, they have also obtained the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in October 2021.
