Aureen Sarker

Aureen’s primary responsibilities as a senior associate include identifying and assessing investment opportunities, financing and closing transactions, and monitoring portfolio companies.

Prior to joining HKW, Aureen worked as a founding partner with RCP Equity, focused on early-stage growth equity investments in software and technology-enabled services. Prior to that, he was an associate with Signal Hill Capital Group (DCS Advisory) where he focused on M&A and private placements in the technology sector.
