Maol Denisha Osbourne

Denisha Osbourne, MAOL, currently serves as a Senior Business System Analyst at enGen since December 2022, and has been a Business Consultant at Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield of Western New York since September 2019. Prior experience includes roles as Supervisor of Quality & Performance Management and Quality Coach in Operations at HealthNow New York Inc. from August 2008 to September 2019. Denisha Osbourne earned a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from Medaille University (2015-2017), a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication from the University at Buffalo (2004-2006), and an Associate’s Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Niagara County Community College (2001-2003).
