Kathy Gromotka

Kathy Gromotka is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in venture capital, strategy, and education. Currently serving as a VC at H&M Group since August 2022, Kathy previously held roles as a Principal and Associate at Downing Ventures from March 2018 to July 2021, and worked in Change Management, Strategy, and Operations at Microsoft for a brief period in 2017-2018. Kathy's earlier experience at Bloomberg LP from September 2012 to August 2016 included serving as Global Head of Sales for Bloomberg Institute, where Kathy contributed to enhancing educational products and promoting the Bloomberg Market Concepts eLearning program. Kathy's career initiated with a communications internship at MyBnk and further includes experience as a Medica Intern at GFA Consulting Group GmbH.
