Dabubrata Chaki

Dabubrata Chaki has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Dabubrata started their career as an Electrical Engineer at Knit Radix Ltd in 2016. From 2016 to 2020, they worked at Walton Micro-Tech Corporation Ltd as a Senior Assistant Director, overseeing the quality assurance of mobile phones and accessories manufacturing projects. In 2020, they were promoted to QA Manager (Senior Deputy Director) at Walton Digi-Tech Industries Ltd, where they focused on streamlining quality operational activities and ensuring efficient production processes. In 2021, they joined Edison Group as a Technical Team Lead QA and R&D, leading a team of engineers and overseeing various projects related to product screening, manufacturing, and after-sales support. Currently, they are working at HMD Global as an Operations and Quality Manager, responsible for supervising manufacturing operations across multiple countries.

Dabubrata Chaki completed their BSc. in Engineering in the field of Electrical & Electronic Engineering; Power from Bangladesh University of Engineering & Technology, from 2011 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained their Higher Secondary School Certificate in Science from Dhaka Residential Model College, Dhaka Board, from 2008 to 2010. Dabubrata also received their Secondary School Certificate in Science from Manikganj Govt. High School from 2006 to 2008. In terms of additional certifications, Dabubrata Chaki completed a Learning Event on Leadership Excellence from Mind Mapper Bangladesh in November 2019, and obtained an ISO 9001 Foundation - Quality Certification from AJA EQS Certification Group in January 2018. Dabubrata also secured the 5th position in the board merit list among all junior scholarship examinees in Dhaka board and received a Board Scholarship in the SSC examination, along with a Primary scholarship in talentpul.
