Dominic has a diverse work experience in the tech industry. Dominic started their career as a Design Engineer at Motorola in 2000 and then moved on to Nokia as a Design Engineer in 2001. Dominic worked at Nokia Care as a Technical Team Leader from 2003 to 2005. Dominic then joined Solectron Global Services as a Support Engineer in 2005, where they supported the Nokia repair contract and set up a new repair program. In 2007, they became the Production Manager at Quantum service and logistics, where they managed a workshop that repaired and tested faulty handsets for Nokia phones. At Nokia, Dominic worked as a Technical Development and Support Manager from 2010 to 2014, where they managed the service network and improved quality and operational claim rates. Dominic then joined Microsoft as a Technical Development and Support Manager in 2014 and Fonebiz Pty Ltd as a Technical Capability Specialist in 2015. At Quantum Service and Logistics, they worked as a Business Manager Mobility Products from 2016 to 2017, responsible for increasing repair output and managing returns processes. Currently, Dominic serves as the Care Manager for ANZ at HMD Global since 2017.
