Martin Kushev began their work experience in 2007 at Nokia, where they held various roles within the Nokia Sales Capability division. Martin then transitioned to the role of EDX Manager Balkans for a brief period in 2012 before returning to the Nokia Sales Capability team until 2014. In 2014, they joined Microsoft as a Microsoft Trainer, specializing in Microsoft Mobile devices, and stayed with the company until 2017. From 2017 onwards, they have been working as a Business Development Manager at HMD Global.
Martin Kushev has a Master's degree in Economics of Communications from the University of National and World Economy, Sofia, which they obtained from 2005 to 2007. Martin also completed a Bachelor's degree in International Tourism from the Institute for postgraduate studies at the same university from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, they earned another Bachelor's degree in Social and Culture Economy from the University of National and World Economy, Sofia, from 1999 to 2004. Martin Kushev's education history also includes studying Italian language and culture at the National Educational Complex of Culture from 1994 to 1999. In terms of additional certifications, they have obtained various certifications in Android Enterprise, Android Mobile, Expert Badge for Advanced Customer Support, Expert Badge for Google Assistant, and Expert Badge for Switcher Support from Google.
