Sohel Shaikh has extensive experience in technical account management and mobile device testing, with a career spanning over 16 years. Currently serving as a Technical Account Manager at HMD Global since December 2016, Sohel is focused on the new homes of Nokia Phones. Prior to this role, Sohel worked at Microsoft from January 2014 to November 2016, managing operator technical issues and overseeing Microsoft Phone approvals across Middle Eastern countries. Sohel's tenure at Nokia lasted from July 2007 to December 2013, where Sohel initially served as a Hub Lead for Mobile Devices Testing in the Middle East and also worked as a Field Test Engineer, conducting field testing across the APAC and Middle East regions. Additionally, Sohel briefly held a Hub Lead position for Mobile Devices Testing at Nokia Australia Pvt Ltd from November 2009 to January 2010.
