Irina Dodea

Irina Dodea is an accomplished engineering manager and senior software engineer with extensive experience in software development and agile methodologies. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at HMS Networks since June 2021, Irina leads a cross-functional team to drive the continuous development of the i4connected platform. Prior to this role, Irina held positions at WEBfactory GmbH as a Senior Software Engineer and at Ixia, where responsibilities included serving as a Scrum Master and contributing significantly to the development of the IxChariot product. Irina holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest and a Master's Degree in Computerized Project Management from Academia de Studii Economice din București.
