Ben Ashley-Faulkner

Ben Ashley-Faulkner currently serves as the Head of Books at HMV since June 2025. Prior to this role, Ben held various positions at The Works Stores Ltd from July 2023 to June 2025, progressing from Junior Buyer to Senior Buyer in the Books department. Ben also gained experience as a Section Manager at Marks and Spencer for a brief period in 2020 and as a Store Manager at Smiggle UK & ROI and New Look between 2016 and 2020. Ben holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Drama and Dramatics/Theatre Arts from the University of Lincoln, obtained in May 2010.
