Chris Miller

Chris Miller, PMP, SPC, is an experienced IT leader and educator with a strong background in digital business transformation and project management. Currently serving as IT Sr. Manager and Digital Business Partner at HNI Corporation since May 2021, Chris leads the implementation of enterprise ecommerce capabilities and fosters organizational change management to enhance team agility. With prior roles as IT Program Manager in various capacities at HNI Corporation, Chris successfully managed enterprise productivity strategies and technical roadmaps while engaging in cross-functional project management. As an Independent Trainer since July 2017, Chris facilitates PMP/CAPM Exam Prep and Agile Project Management courses at St. Ambrose University. Chris also contributed to education as an adjunct teacher at Iowa Wesleyan College from 2007 to 2023, covering topics in marketing, management, and organizational behavior. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from Upper Iowa University, an MBA from St. Ambrose University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the University of Northern Iowa.
