Shawn Rininger

Shawn Rininger has a diverse work experience in the furniture industry, spanning over several decades. From 1991 to 1995, they worked at Haworth as a Product Analyst. Shawn then joined The HON Company in 1996 and held various positions including Product Business Manager, Business Development Manager, Group Manager, Director: Systems, Storage and Casegoods, and Director Product Management. Shawn worked at The HON Company until 2019, when they joined HNI Corporation as the Director Of Product Development.

Shawn Rininger holds an MBA in Marketing from Western Michigan University, which was obtained from 1994 to 1999. Prior to this, Shawn completed a BBA degree in Marketing at the same university, from 1987 to 1991. Additionally, Shawn is certified as Dare to Lead Trained by Dare to Lead™.
