Marisabel Zengotita Ramthun

Marisabel Zengotita Ramthun, P.E. is a Regional Business Development Leader at HNTB since April 2024, bringing extensive experience from the Texas Department of Transportation, where a notable tenure spanned from June 1998 to December 2023. During this tenure, Marisabel held multiple leadership positions, including Director of the Design Division, Director of Transportation Planning and Development, Assistant Director of Transportation Planning and Development, and Director of Advanced Project Development, overseeing schematic design and environmental evaluations of transportation projects while coordinating with various government entities. Additionally, Marisabel served as a Transportation Engineer from 2006 to 2012, assisting in the management of design, construction, and maintenance operations at the Burnet Area Office. Marisabel earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez between 1991 and 1996.
