Emily Heflin

Emily Heflin currently serves as the Regional Business Development Leader at McMillan Pazdan Smith Architecture, a position held since June 2025. Prior to this, Emily had a robust career at MAU Workforce Solutions, where roles included Senior Director, Solutions Development, and various business development positions from 2017 to 2025.
