Chris Rodgers has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2008 as Manager at RPM. From 2011 to 2014, they worked as Assistant Curator at the Botanical Gardens of Athens, GA, and as a Volunteer Field Scientist for Blue Ventures. In 2012, they held positions as a Search Engine Optimizer for Lionbridge and Bar Manager for Cutters Pub, as well as an Intern for AmeriCorps. In 2014, they took a role as Science Instructor at Old Town Academy K-8 Charter School, and in 2015 they became a Restaurant and Dive Shop worker for the Santa Catalina Island Company. From 2018 to 2021, they have been a Naturalist at the Maui Ocean Center, and currently works as a Biologist at HNu Photonics.

Chris Rodgers graduated from The University of Georgia in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology.
