Kandyce Dunlap

Public Health Director at Ho-Chunk Nation

Kandyce Dunlap, MPH, CHES®, currently serves as the Public Health Director for the Ho-Chunk Nation, a position held since May 2022. Prior professional roles include Graduate Teaching Assistant and Graduate Research Assistant at The University of Alabama from August 2019 to May 2022, and various research and teaching assistant roles at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte between August 2017 and August 2019. Kandyce's experience also includes an internship as an Air Quality Health Analyst at Clean Air Carolina and a Community and Environmental Health internship with the Ho-Chunk Nation Department of Health. Academically, Kandyce is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Public Health Education and Promotion at The University of Alabama, having earned a Master of Public Health from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Bachelor of Science in Community Health Education from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
