Ana Mercado

Ana Mercado has extensive experience in patient scheduling and eligibility services in the healthcare sector. Currently serving as a Centralized Patient Scheduler at Hoag Hospital Foundation since October 2022, Ana previously held multiple roles, including Eligibility Specialist, Lead Patient Service Representative, and Patient Service Representative at Share Our Selves Community Health Center from July 2017 to January 2023. Ana also completed an internship at Mission Heritage Medical Group in 2017. Ana holds a Certificate of Completion in Administrative Billing and Coding from Taller San Jose Hope Builders (2016-2017) and a high school diploma from Santa Ana Valley High School (2007-2011).
