Leanne Novak is a seasoned professional in customer service and fulfillment management with extensive experience in eCommerce and account management across multiple industries. Currently serving as Fulfillment Manager at HOBO since September 2021, Leanne has held various roles at Under Armour, including Manager and Supervisor of the eCommerce Contact Center, where responsibilities included overseeing a large call center team and co-developing customer service strategies.
