Sean Bennett

Sean Bennett has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several years. Sean is currently serving as the Vice President of Business Development at HOC Inc. Sean is known for their advocacy of technology in the finance and accounting sector. Before joining HOC Inc, Sean held the position of VP - Product Management & Delivery at the same company.

Prior to their role at HOC Inc, Sean worked at BlackLine as the Director of Accounting Innovation and later as the Sr. Manager of Accounting Innovation. During their time at BlackLine, they focused on using technology to streamline processes and enhance the value-added work for customers.

Sean also has experience working at RSM US LLP as a Manager and at UHY LLP as a Senior Manager. Sean excels in providing professional services and expertise in the accounting field. Additionally, they worked at Answerthink as an SAP Application Manager and at Driver6, Inc. as a Sr. Consultant, where they specialized in Enterprise Performance Management and SAP BusinessObjects applications.

Earlier in their career, Sean served as the Accounting and SEC Manager at Easylink Services International, where they implemented software systems and prepared financial reports. Sean also worked at Tri Your Best, Inc as an Internet Sales representative, at Saia, Inc as a Corporate Accounting Manager, and at Aaron Rents Inc as the Controller for Real Estate.

Sean Bennett attended East Meadow High School from 1987 to 1989, where they received their High School Diploma. Following that, they enrolled in Hofstra University from 1990 to 2003, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. In 2004 and 2005, Sean pursued further education at American InterContinental University, obtaining an MBA in Business.
