Cari Dale is currently the Director of Water Resources at Hoch Consulting where they oversee operations related to water, wastewater, recycled water, and green programs. Prior to this, Cari held various leadership positions in water utilities management at the City of Oceanside, Olivenhain Municipal Water District, Carlsbad Municipal Water District, and City of Ontario. Cari holds a M.P.A. in Public Administration with an emphasis in Water Resources Management from California State University-San Bernardino and a B.A. in Biology from Macalester College.
