Bernadette Gaulke has been working in the quality management field since 2004, with experience in overseeing hygiene monitoring, laboratory processes, and process optimization at Hochwald Foods GmbH. Bernadette is currently involved in a Baby Food project and provides support and guidance to the BU Ingredients. Bernadette holds a Master's degree in Biology from the Technical University of Munich.
