Michel Hakim has extensive work experience in the food and beverage industry, specifically in sales, marketing, and leadership roles. Michel started their career at Transmed as a Customer Business Development Account Executive and later served as an Associate District Manager and District Sales Manager, where they managed sales operations and supervised a diverse team. Michel then joined Nestlé, where they held various positions such as Channel Sales Manager, Category and Channel Sales Development Manager, General Manager of the Qatar branch, and Marketing Manager for Nestlé Confectionery. During their time at Nestlé, they successfully led projects and managed large portfolios. Michel then joined Ferrero as the Head of Sales for their Middle East Joint Venture, where they were responsible for setting up sales operations, implementing group policies, and driving business growth. Currently, they are the Head of Middle East at Hochwald Foods GmbH.

Michel Hakim completed their Executive Education- Leadership Development program at the London Business School in the year 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the Lebanese American University, which they attended from 2003 to 2006. Before their time at the Lebanese American University, Michel Hakim pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management at the University of Alaska Fairbanks for the year 2002 to 2003. Additionally, they have also earned a certification in Body Language for Leaders from LinkedIn in July 2018.
